The whole concept of "black" vs "white" is an american thing. Anne Coulter's statement has nothing to do with race, I dont think she was using an example of an issue in africa to bring race into the issue, but instead to make a crack at Liberals when dealing with foreign humanitarian aid. Africa = group of poor "3rd world" countries instead of Africa = chock full o' black people.

In my opinion, yes, for the most part they are. Not being a WASP doesn't automatically make you a genius. Did you see me resort to name calling in this thread? In addition, I thought I was doing a pretty good job of name-dropping my party. I'm not a democrat. I hate them too.
